  • Partner with senior business and technology leaders to align workplace capabilities with organisational priorities
  • Lead strategic vendor relationships, sourcing decisions and technology investments
  • Champion automation, standardisation and service quality across the workplace ecosystem

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of leadership experience within Workplace, End User Computing, Collaboration or Digital Employee Experience functions
  • Proven success leading large-scale transformation, organisational change and service modernisation programmes
  • Demonstrated experience insourcing services, restructuring teams and building internal capabilities within complex enterprise environments
  • Strong track record of improving service quality, operational performance and customer satisfaction at scale
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, modern workplace technologies, virtual desktop environments and digital collaboration platforms
  • Experience introducing AI-powered productivity capabilities in enterprise environments
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive level
  • A people-first leadership style focused on coaching, empowerment and long-term capability building
  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational excellence in a fast-moving international environment

Why This Role?

This is an opportunity to influence the future of work within a global organisation where technology is viewed as a strategic enabler. You’ll join a senior leadership team committed to transformation, innovation and creating exceptional employee experiences for a distributed workforce.
