What You’ll Be Doing
- Enhancing and maintaining a core trading application
- Delivering new features, improvements and bug fixes
- Investigating and resolving technical issues alongside users and stakeholders
- Building and supporting ASP.NET Core APIs and backend services
- Contributing to the Angular frontend
- Writing automated tests and supporting CI/CD practices
- Working closely with analysts, architects and engineers to deliver value iteratively
- Using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality
- Helping modernise and improve existing application components
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience with C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core
- Experience building APIs and working with SQL databases
- Knowledge of Angular or another modern frontend framework
- Understanding of software engineering best practices and clean code principles
- Exposure to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
- Enthusiasm for learning, collaborating and adopting new technologies
Nice to Have
- Entity Framework Core
- React or other frontend frameworks
- Azure, Terraform or DevOps tooling
- Messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
- Experience with application modernisation projects
